Foreword

This standard replaces GB 2761-2011 “National food safety standard Maximum levels of mycotoxins in foods”.

Compared with GB 2761-2011, major changes of this standard are as follows:

——the application principles have been revised;

——the requirements for maximum levels of Ochratoxin A in grape wine and coffee have been added;

——the requirements for maximum levels of mycotoxins in food for special medical purpose, complementary food supplement, sports nutrition food and nutrient supplementary food for pregnant and lactating women have been added;

——the annotation in bracket behind the brewing sauces in Table 1 has been deleted;

——the test method standard number has been updated;

——the Annex A has been revised.
