Consumer Ding purchased wines online (on Tmall), while Ding found out that the label was inconsistent with the information on the Tmall webpage. Ding asked for payment refund and ten times compensation.

The court sentenced: it did not meet the labelling requirements in the food safety standards, however the information labelled did not affect food safety and did not cause misleading to consumers.

Therefore, the court requested the company to refund the purchase payment of 4,304 RMB and rejected the claim for ten times compensation.
